1. How can I track my order?
You can track your order by logging into your account and visiting “ Manage Your Details.” Once you're in, you can check your orders and view your invoices. It's your one-stop spot for all things related to your purchases. If you need further assistance, please get in touch with us.
2. What is your Return Policy?
We aim to provide you with quality products and services at all times. Faulty items should be returned and can either be replaced or refunded. 3. How do I reset my password?
That is easy - we do not use passwords. To log in, simply head to the "My Account" icon at the top of the page. Enter your email address in the sign-in box. - Personal Sign-In Link: We'll send a personalized sign-in link to your email inbox. Just click the link (and don't forget to check your spam folder if it takes longer than 60 seconds to arrive).
